Made with sea bream from Kumamoto Prefecture. The flavor of the sea bream is further enhanced by combining fillets of Japanese sea bream with six kinds of soup stock: slowly simmered sea bream, dried bonito flakes, kelp, dried sardines, saba shavings, and shiitake mushrooms. This takikomi-gohan stock allows you to fully enjoy the flavor and aroma of sea bream. 2 cups (2 to 3 servings)
