Couldn't load pickup availability
It is the one and only molasses extracted from rare sugarcane grown in the Seto Inland Sea region called [hosokibi], the raw material of wasanbon. Since it contains many components of sugarcane, it is rich in minerals, iron, and B vitamins.
◯How to take and use
It is good with milk and can be made into molasses latte, vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce for pudding, straw rice cakes, and bread dough.
It is also good with soy sauce, making it ideal for use in teriyaki sauce and simmered dishes.
