Murota Haas Maori
Born in Tokyo, Murota Haas Maori moved to New York at the age of 17, then to Indonesia and Tokyo again before moving to France in 2003. After working in the fashion industry, she switched to the catering business, giving cooking classes and traveling to Paris.
Currently, she is mainly involved in online vegan cooking classes and recipe consulting for companies.
She lives with her 4-year-old daughter, who loves ham, and her husband, who is almost a vegetarian, and she shares her vegan cooking on Instargram@maorimurota.
