    This drinkable o-dashi is made by carefully and slowly drying dried Japanese chicken meat, combined with chicken extract and ginger coated soybean meat. The result is a dashi with the delicious taste and flavor of chicken.

    Place one packet in a cup and pour approximately 150ml of boiling water. 2. The amount of hot water is a rough guide. Adjust according to your taste.
