    A widely used solid ink for everyday writing and calligraphy. Made from soot (yuen) produced by burning oil, combined with high-quality animal glue, it dissolves easily and produces deep black ink quickly.

    • After grinding, if the ink stick is left damp and exposed to air, cracks may form. Please wipe it dry immediately.
