This is a folding umbrella for both sunny and rainy days, made of furoshiki fabric with Isago patterns expressed by stencil dyeing.
The patterns created by the Isago Pattern Research Institute (founded by Hisao Isago) in the 1950s are dyed in different colors on the front and back of the cotton Furoshiki cloth, allowing for different color combinations and contrasts.
The 50 cm compact, double-folded bone makes it easy to carry around. The umbrella bag with furoshiki design can be tied to the handle of a bag, making it stylish and functional.
