A combination of bonito flakes, mackerel flakes, Soda bonito flakes, and kelp, plus the fine, mellow aroma of kare-bushi (dried bonito). Yuzu (Japanese citrus) is made from domestic ingredients. The addition of the dashi flavor enhances the taste of the ingredients. This ponzu has a luxurious taste with the aroma of dashi and yuzu.
How to use
Use as a dipping sauce for nabe, cold shabu-shabu, grilled fish, hamburgers, fried chicken, salads, gyoza, etc., as desired.
