This is a luxurious set of [dashi-shoyu] bonito dashi, sweetfish dashi, and Soda bonito dashi made by oneself. It makes you feel a little luxurious.
Open the lid and pour soy sauce. With just this, it is transformed into a mellow dashi soy sauce. Everyone has different tastes in soy sauce, depending on where they were born and raised. With this bottle, you can make your favorite dashi soy sauce with your favorite soy sauce.
The dashi stock in the bottle takes time to release its flavor.
It does not run out in a single use, so when the soy sauce is reduced to half its original volume, you can add more and use it about 10 times.
Product features: This 3-bottle set includes one bottle each of Waga-no-Dashi (naked flakes), bonito dashi, and ayu dashi, so you can enjoy the taste of each dashi.
You can easily make authentic dashi soy sauce by adding your regular soy sauce.
Even if you use the same soy sauce, the taste and aroma will be completely different.
You can add more and use it again and again until you run out of broth. It is enough for about 2 liters.
You can also make dashi vinegar by adding vinegar.
You can also easily make ponsu by mixing soy sauce, vinegar, and yuzu juice in the ratio of 2:1:1.
