This is one of the "Hangout" series from the "Waon" heat-resistant series. It can be used for a variety of dishes such as ahijiro, gratin, and fried eggs. The earthenware also emits far-infrared rays, which brings out the umami of the ingredients. The beautiful glaze is unadorned, so it looks stylish when used as tableware for serving salads and other dishes.
