The key to oven cooking is to preheat the pan in advance and then preheat it after heating. The heat-resistant ceramic has excellent heat retention properties, allowing for cooking using [residual heat] (slowly passing the heat through the ingredients in the chamber after heating). This method retains the flavor of the ingredients, making meat and fish fluffy and juicy, and bringing out the sweetness of vegetables. Microwave preparation and oven grilling offer tasty, shortcut cooking, ready to serve hot at the table. Rounded corners make it easy to clean and wash.
