Human grade Soda bonito flakes are full of flavor from the sea breeze and sun. Bonito is rich in easily digestible high-quality protein and calcium. The dried bonito is slowly rehydrated and made into thin sticks with a little effort. Soda-bushi has a stronger umami than bonito flakes, rich and thick, highly aromatic and moderately chewy, making it a delicious morsel to wolf down.
