Pearls and natural stones vary in shape and other characteristics one by one.
In addition, there are some peculiar inclusions (cracks, impurities such as dimples, etc.). Please understand this as the charm of the material itself.

14kgf → gf (meaning: gold plating) has a much thicker layer of gold than gold plating, so it is difficult for the gold to peel off from the surface, and the underlying metal is rarely exposed. [How to care for pearls] *Pearls are used for make-up, makeup, and other purposes.
*Pearl: Wear after putting on makeup and setting hair. After use, wipe dry with a soft, dry cloth. (For necklaces and bracelets, wipe dry from the center pearl to the right and left ends respectively.)
Please avoid places with intense dryness, high temperature and high humidity.
*Natural stones → Please wipe with a fine cloth such as an eyeglass cloth. If there is a lot of dirt on the stone, it can be cleaned under running water, but please note that some stones are sensitive to water.
14kgf → Avoid using polishing cloths containing abrasives. If it is a simple stain, gently rinse the stone in lukewarm water with a little neutral kitchen detergent.
925 silver -> Clean the jewelry frequently and gently with a special silver polishing cloth or a soft cotton cloth.
We recommend storing each piece of jewelry in a zipped plastic bag or jewelry box.

Please contact us if there are any defects in the product itself upon arrival. We will only accept returns and exchanges of unused items.
