Previously classified as part of the broader Sidamo region, GUJI has been given its own name as it has established itself as a region capable of producing coffees with a distinctive and unique profile. This washed processed GUJI is a very well balanced coffee with a crisp acidity that highlights floral berry and stone fruit notes, with a smooth chocolatey body and a lingering baking spice finish.
