    We have selected aromatic Japanese bonito flakes and Hokkaido kelp to create a broth with a synergistic effect of umami. It is slightly seasoned, so it can be used in a wide range of applications as a basic combination dashi. It can also be used as dashi powder by tearing open the packet. This dashi packet contains no chemical seasonings or preservatives.

    How to use
    Place the dashi packet in a pot with 500ml-600ml of water, bring to a boil over medium heat, simmer for 5 minutes, and remove the dashi packet.
    Tear open the packet and use as dashi powder.
