This hojicha is made by carefully roasting the first tea leaves to a shallow roast.
The full-bodied, deep, gentle sweetness is followed by a savory aroma, and a slight sweet-smelling roasted aroma rises to the surface.

How to brew
Pour hot water into a teacup and allow the water to cool to 80℃ before adding the tea bag to reduce astringency.
