    Domestic ingredients of dried bonito flakes, dried sardines, shiitake mushrooms, and kelp are combined with the richness and savory flavor of dried sardines baked at high temperatures in one go. The savory umami flavor adds depth to dishes. Recommended for udon noodles, simmered dishes, miso soup, etc. This dashi packet contains no chemical seasonings or preservatives. The packet can also be torn open and used as dashi powder. The 18-packs are a great value size.

    How to use
    Place the dashi packet in a pot with 500ml to 600ml of water, bring to a boil over medium heat, simmer for 5 minutes, and then remove the packet.
    Tear open the packet and use as dashi powder.
