The main body is made of Zebu cattle (humpbacked cattle) leather with an embossed pattern. The tanning process is called "vegetable tanning", in which the raw hides of Zebu cattle are tanned by pouring tannin (100% vegetable astringent) into a rotating container called a "tico". The leather is tanned with tannin from Bangladesh, which is highly regarded in Europe and the United States, and the more you use it, the more the leather will become more attractive. After tanning, the leather is pressed with a grain pattern and the surface is colored with pigments. The backing fabric is cotton twill.

Sewing/
The sewing surface of the main body uses a saddle-stitched sewing method. The leather on the front side and the lining fabric are sewn separately, and finally the top gusset is sewn twice by hand with a sewing machine. The base of the handle is sewn with an external beating. The handle is stitched with the handle holder side up, and since the seam allowance is not visible, sewing is difficult and time-consuming.
