    From the artist: I've adored sewing since childhood, making dance costumes for over 15 years. Now, I resize adult clothing into children's sizes at an alteration shop.

    Creating clothes for kids helps reduce waste, and I'm embracing the concept of mottainai not wasting valuable things.

    Each piece is meticulously crafted by hand, so they each have a unique touch.

    Jaipur, India, with its fantastic scenery of pink-colored buildings, serves as the main production center for the fabrics that embody Kilki's worldview. Each textile is handcrafted by skilled artisans in small factories, featuring distinctive blurs, blotches, and shades of color, exuding a human-like warmth and affection.

    Prints created using traditional Indian techniques resonate with the energy of nature. After washing, the cloth is sun-dried. Although this process takes more time than tumble-drying, the colors become more vibrant when exposed to sunlight. Wisdom passed down in Jaipur's desert region finds modern application in our manufacturing.

    The soft blending of color boundaries exudes a gentle charm, and the subtle deviations from uniformity offer a unique interest impossible to replicate by a machine. Cloth becomes a messenger, conveying the finely honed skills and thoughts of the craftsman.
