Wasanbon is a fine-grained Japanese sugar traditionally made in the Shikoku prefectures. The deep flavor of the two types of wasanbon brings out the umami of the coffee. Recommended when drinking your finest coffee.
How to eat:
It is delicious eaten as is or melted in the mouth while drinking coffee. Since wasanbon has a gentle sweetness, we recommend that you enjoy the flavor and let it melt in your mouth rather than putting it in your coffee.
