Walnut and maple are cut into squares and made into a checkered cutting board. No coloring is used, and the wood is completely solid.
Finished with food grade mineral oil and beeswax wax.

This is a type of cutting board called an end grain cutting board, which is considered the highest quality product in Europe and the United States. The fibers are oriented vertically, and knives enter between the fibers, making it a cutting board with a unique cutting feel and gentle to knives. Especially, the thickness is 5cm and heavy, and the end grain cutting board of this size is also called butcher block. It is durable enough to withstand intense use in butcher shops.

On the other hand, it requires more care than a regular cutting board because the wood's edge is visible on the surface. However, with proper care, it is durable enough to be used for a long period of time. Please understand the following care and precautions before proceeding to purchase.

　　Do not disinfect with hot water or chlorine.
　　Wash with a mild detergent, wipe with a cloth if possible, and let dry naturally.
　　Please keep it indoors out of the sun to avoid warping.
