We recommend that you choose a size based on your height and your usual underwear size.

(For example)

Height 157cm / Usually wear underwear size M and dress size S or M. If M is too loose, size S is recommended.

Height 165cm / Usually wear M underwear and fit into size M or L clothes → Size M is recommended.

If you often feel that the lower half of your body is a little big, we recommend size M.
