This is a spiral tote bag from the new brand [UPCYCLE LAB].
[UPCYCLE] of [UPCYCLE LAB] is one of the new methodologies for sustainable manufacturing that is different from the conventional 3Rs (reduce, reuse,recycle).
Until now, the folds of the fire hose have remained, but this time, we added a twist and made it without the folds of the fire hose.
We say "a little effort," but in fact it took a lot of time and effort, and it is thanks to our craftsmen that we were able to commercialize this product!
The back and surface of the fire hose are sewn alternately!
The characteristics of the fire hose are used in the design of this spiral tote bag.
One hose is sewn with even width, rolled up like a soft-serve ice cream.
Since sewing a fire hose requires high skills, it is made at a trusted factory in Japan.
Skilled craftsmen make each piece firmly by hand.
The following are the improvements made since the previous version.
The spiral has been emphasized more by eliminating the folds in the hose.
A shoulder strap has been added.
A top gusset has been added as a security measure.
An inside pocket with a zipper has been added.
Seat belt is not used to emphasize the color.
The interior fabric has been changed to a lighter material.
