This warmer can be repeatedly used by heating it in a microwave oven. The contents consist only of bran, salt, rice, and herbs, with no chemicals added.

The warmer can be placed in the microwave for 1-2 minutes to maintain its warming effect for about 30 minutes. It can then be reheated after cooling down. All products come with a removable cover, which can be washed.

Naturally made to release heat and moisture simply, the rice and salt retain heat while slowly releasing moisture.

Additionally, it can be frozen in a freezer-safe bag.

How to Use:
For warming: Simply heat in a 600W household microwave oven for 1 minute and apply to the body. To retain moisture and prevent burning, add half a cup of water to a microwave-safe cup and warm together.

For cooling: Freeze in a freezer-safe bag before use.

Storage:
Store in dry conditions at room temperature. For long-term storage, heat in a microwave oven and cool completely before freezing in an airtight plastic bag.

Washing Method:
Do not wash the main body of the product. Please wash only the outer bag.

- If left in humid conditions or places for long periods, the color of the herb may stain other items.
