    This dish has a picture of a boat painted in the center by Rosanjin, and Kutani Bitoen painted seasonal patterns such as Hina doll pattern, Kabuto pattern, Tanabata pattern, Christmas tree pattern, and mirror pattern. This design is that of a mirror. Each piece is used as a seasonal decorative plate or as a gift. This dish, with a diameter of 16.5 cm and a depth of 3 cm, was probably made by Rosanjin, a Japanese restaurant owner, as an easy-to-use dish for grilling or stewing fish and meat, and for cooking both Japanese and Western dishes.
