Black is black, but it is not completely black.
Dyeing by hand produces shades of gray, so the result is simple but rich in flavor.

At Zacchabacca, all of our products are hand-dyed one by one.
Therefore, each item is one-of-a-kind.
We take a picture of each item we make and stock one item at a time.
