The heat resistance of this dish has been improved by using a unique clay mixture and baking it in a climbing kiln at a high temperature of 1,200°C for more than 10 days, making it microwave and oven-safe.
Freshly cooked hot food can be served directly to the table.

The simple yet warm appearance of this Bizen ware oven dish is characterized by the pattern drawn by baking with straw, called hidasuki. Hot gratins and other dishes can be cooked in the oven and served directly to the table.
It is also great that it does not stick to cheese even if it is baked.

They are also easy to clean. They are resistant to oil stains and can be easily washed away with a sponge and a quick scrub with detergent.
