    The combination of aromatic crab broth and six types of dashi (bonito flakes, kelp, dried kelp, dried sardines, mackerel shavings, and shiitake mushrooms) enhances the flavor and aroma of the red snow crab.

    This takikomi-gohan (rice cooked with crab) recipe allows you to fully enjoy the delicious taste of crab.
    For 360 ml of rice (2-3 servings)

    How to serve:
    1. Wash 360 ml of rice and soak in water for about 30 minutes
    2. Drain the rice and put the rice, seasoning liquid and ingredients into the inner pot of the rice cooker (add the liquid of the ingredients too)
    3. Match the amount of water to cook the white rice, stir and cook.
    4. After the rice is cooked, steam for 10 minutes and stir.
