    This richly flavored drinkable dashi is made by combining bonito flakes with their powerful flavor and Rishiri kelp with its aromatic and clear broth in a perfect balance. The result is a satisfying broth with a relaxing spread of aroma, flavor, and warmth.

    To serve: 1. Place one packet in a cup and pour approximately 150ml of boiling water. 2. Shake the packet gently a few times, and after approximately 2 minutes, remove the packet and serve. The amount of hot water is for reference only. Adjust according to your taste.
