Rui came across some large cacti while he was walking near Mt. Kenya, a place with high altitude, rocky terrain, and almost no living creatures.
The environment surrounding the cacti was very harsh, and the cacti, living alone in such a solitary environment, were very strong and seemed to be living independently, unaffected by the environment or other living creatures.
Rui expressed what he wanted to be through the cactus.

The mountain bongo, a species unique to Kenya, is an endangered species with a wild population of only 70 or so.
