Bizen Pottery is a simple pottery produced in Bizen City, Okayama Prefecture. This is Bizen ware heat-resistant tableware. It is microwave and oven-safe. Serve hot, freshly cooked food directly to the table. This is a new style of Bizen ware that matches the modern lifestyle.

OHITSU can easily cook rice in a microwave oven and store it with the lid on. Bizen ware absorbs excess moisture and keeps the rice moist. The next day, you can heat it up in the microwave and enjoy the same delicious taste as freshly cooked rice.

It can also be used in waterless pots and pans, etc. When vegetables are added and cooked in the microwave, hot vegetables full of umami and sweetness will be ready. It can also be used for dishes such as aqua pazza.

    A guide for cooking rice:
S: 1 cup of rice + 230 cc of water
M: 2 cups of rice + 460 cc of water
Wash rice, let it absorb water for 20-30 minutes, put it in the hot tub with water, heat at 600W for 13 minutes, and steam for 10-15 minutes with the lid on.
