Hojicha tea is combined with a native black maple tree that grows in the tea garden.

[Kuromoji] is a thin tree of the camphoraceae family.

In the world of tea ceremony, it is famous as a high-grade toothpick to prick sweets.

It gives off a sweet smell.

I heard that in the tea ceremony, it is customary to take the toothpicks home with you,

I think that before it became a custom, people simply wanted to take it home with them.

Because it smells so good all the time.

I heard that it grows as an undergrowth of cedar and cypress, and it grows everywhere in our tea garden.

We take the branches, dry them, and combine them with hojicha to make this flavored tea.

We still have a lot of Kuromoji trees in terms of sales and harvest.

If it becomes too popular, it will inevitably become a limited-quantity product!

If you like it, please come to our tea garden cafe sometime and take a branch from a fresh tree and smell it.

The aroma of a fresh black maple tree is exceptional.
