    ZENJIRO Organic Ceremonial Grade Matcha

ZENJIRO Matcha is made from the finest tea leaves carefully selected in Shizuoka, Japan's largest tea-producing region, where farmers cultivate tea leaves organically and with great care.

    Features:
    - JAS Organic Certification: Made from 100% organic tea leaves from the first tea harvest.
    - Balanced Flavor: Exhibits a harmonious balance of theanine, a flavor component, and catechin, an astringent component, resulting in a rich umami taste.
    - Special Production: Grown in healthy organic soil, the tea leaves are covered with cold gauze before plucking, ensuring a vibrant green color and high chlorophyll content.

    Usage:
To enjoy, brew 1/2 teaspoon (1 g) of matcha in 200 ml of boiling water and stir well. It can also be used to make lattes, au lait, smoothies, cakes, and ice cream, and for practicing the tea ceremony.

    Storage Instructions:
After opening, seal the pouch with a zipper and store it in a cool place. The package is a Japanese 5-layer pouch bag, designed to prevent oxidation, and features a convenient stand-up design.

    Note:
To extend the matcha's shelf life, fold the open portion of the aluminum tea bag to allow the tea to air out fully, then secure it with a rubber band or stopper to prevent oxidation.
