Seigo Kusunoki (Flower Designer)

  • Born in Kagoshima, 1986
  • Enthralled by the color, shape, and power of flowers, he moved to Tokyo in 2006 to work in a florist shop.
  • In 2010, he began freelancing for magazines, events, and displays, aiming to elevate the value of flowers and broaden their appeal.

Akiko Goto (Floral Designer, Florist)

  • Born in Kanagawa Prefecture in 1978
  • Entered the world of flower arrangement (koryu) in 2005 to delve into Japanese culture and unify her spirit.
  • Started working with flowers in 2006, aiming to create artistic displays not confined to traditional floral frameworks.
  • In 2011, she co-launched "BIONIC PLANTS" with Kusunoki, seeking to express the enduring beauty of plants in unconventional designs.

Since 2013, "BIONIC PLANTS" has aimed to convey the charm of flowers by defying common expectations and revealing the beauty within the life cycle of plants.

In 2015, collaborated with Kaela Kimura for the July issue of NYLON [kaela's gallery]. Goto has adorned outfits worn by various personalities, like Haruka Ayase in a fabric softener commercial, gaining recognition across generations.
