Children's Umbrella Cover takenoco chibi is a smart umbrella cover that is useful on rainy days when going out or to school. Simply put it on a wet umbrella and it will thoroughly protect it from water droplets! It keeps you and your surroundings dry.

It is a compact size that is convenient for carrying around, and comes with a silicone string that can be attached to a bag or the like.
