Watches come in many shapes and sizes. In addition to round and square, there are also rectangular (long), oval (elliptical), tonneau (barrel), and flared (long with the center of the length narrowed inward) shapes. The cushion case or octagonal shape was often used for the first watches made for men.
The cushion case, as the name suggests, is a rounded square case like a cushion or seat cushion.
The first Oyster watches that are still in use today used cushion cases in the 1920s.
The Cushion Watch from M.R.M.R. is truly a selection of two dials from the many cushion case watches that have existed over the past 100 years.
The black and white dials from the 1930s feature small seconds (seconds hand at 6 o'clock).
The small, rounded body is suitable for women who live near their families.
    White dial
Stainless steel shiny silver color case with white dial surrounded by a coin-edged bezel. The White and Black print on the dial is also recognizable and was present in the military until 1940. The following year, all army watches were required to have black dials.
The indexes are shaded Arabic numerals for easy reading, and the brand "M.R.M WATCH" is displayed below 12 o'clock.
Hands are luminescent cobra hands with a glossy blue frame.
Genuine brown leather Crazy Horse strap.
