This letterhead has a design that looks like it was made by drawing a 3mm wide gold marker vertically and horizontally.
Despite the large ruled lines shaped like a jungle gym, they are surprisingly easy to write on, as the dark-colored borders that make up the vertical lines function as supplementary ruled lines. Furthermore, when the letter is finished, the handwritten text appears to fit neatly into the hexagonal picture frame.
The gold ruled lines are printed with an ink called red gold, which at first glance appears to be a dark brown color, but when light hits it, it glows terribly and austere.
The paper used is b7 natural. The best feature of this paper is that the ink from your writing instruments will not bleed or bleed through to the back of the paper. However, depending on the ink used in your writing instruments (mainly fountain pens), it may take some time for the ink to dry (*). Please keep this in mind.
The paper is tougher than ordinary letterheads, so even just one sheet has a firmness, and is recommended for those who have strong writing pressure.
The envelopes in the set are made of a special paper called Vintage Gold, which is a rare kraft paper with gold powder on its surface. The gold shines differently from the letterheads and is visually pleasing.
*One of the things we tested here is that when writing with genuine black ink of LAMY safari fountain pen, we had to wait for a long time for the ink to dry.
