    Benifuki is a variety of tea for black tea and contains a component called methylated catechins.

    Although it has a slightly strong astringent taste, it is attracting attention for its ability to alleviate allergy symptoms.

    [Methylated catechins] are not found in Yabukita and other varieties,
    Methylated catechins] are not found in varieties such as "Yabukita," and are also absent in young sprouts of benifuki varieties,
    It is also known that young sprouts of Benifuki varieties contain less [methylated catechins], while well-grown tea leaves contain more of them.
    In the production process, the [methylated catechins] are lost when fermented to black tea,
    Therefore, it is made as a green tea!

    100% Benifuuki produced in Kakegawa City, Shizuoka Prefecture is used.
    The bitterness of the tea is reduced by the deep steaming method.
    The tea leaves are packed in triangular tea bags to maximize the effect.
    　A single serving of the powder is as small as approximately 0.5g. The amount of methylated catechins also varies. Since it will be difficult to drink 5 g of the powder type, the tea leaf type is recommended. Also, the tea leaf type is often more economical in terms of price.
