The watch section is a Waltham reissue of the pilot navigation watch TYPE A-17.
It is an improved version of TYPE-16 and was issued in the 1950s.
The hour markers from 1 to 12 are printed from 13:00 to 24:00 inside the hour markers.
The luminescent indexes from that time have turned orangey brown due to age. It has also peeled off in some places.
This gives the watch a good vintage look, and we have tried our best to reproduce it.
