    Shodoshima, the Island of Citrus
    Taking advantage of the mild climate of the Seto Inland Sea, a variety of citrus fruits have been grown on Shodoshima Island since ancient times.
    Mikan, lemon, dai dai, lime, and sudachi. The harvesting of sudachi begins in late summer, and in October, sweet and sour unshu mikan oranges come from all over the island.
    When we receive a large amount of them, HOMEMAKERS
    Farm & Cafe, we share them with them, saying, "Please feel free to have mikan.
    In December, the lemons turn yellow, and their sweet, fresh aroma makes me drool.
    Daidai Lemon Syrup is made from Daidai and lemons (pesticide-free) grown on Shodoshima Island, domestic honey, and millet sugar.

    The fresh citrus aroma and tartness are the best!
    HOMEMAKERS' Daidai Lemon Syrup is made with as little sugar as possible.
    We want our customers to enjoy the tartness of the citrus fruits and not be left with a sweet taste after drinking it.
    In hot weather, it can be mixed with soda water to make Daidai Lemon Soda, and in cold weather, it can be mixed with hot water to make Hot Daidai Lemon.
    We recommend a ratio of 1 syrup to 4 water (diluted about 5 times).

    Daidai Lemon Soda
    Pour 1 part syrup to 4 parts soda water and stir gently.
    2 tablespoons of Daidai Lemon Syrup - 150 ml of soda water
    Ice (to taste) - Citrus slices (to taste)

    Hot Daidai Lemon Just pour hot water. It warms up your body in cold season.
    When mixing with hot water, it tastes a little sweeter, so you may add honey or other ingredients to your liking.
    1 to 2 tablespoons of Daidai Lemon Syrup
    Hot water 150ml ・Honey (to taste)
