The toe-clenching exercise is effective for about 30 seconds a day. Do not do it constantly.
If you wear the shoes without putting any effort, your fingers will be in a floating state, but you should consciously lower your fingers and place them on the insoles. Although there are individual differences, you will see changes after about 3 months or more of continuous use. If you wear them barefoot, they will fit more comfortably on your feet.

[Gooper] is a training slipper. Please use them in conjunction with your regular slippers.
Do not use if you have limited muscle strength, broken bones, deformed joints, water in the knee, or an orthopedic disease within 3 months after surgery or operation.
If you are a daily visitor to an osteopathic clinic or orthopedic surgery, please consult your doctor or practitioner before use.
Exercise such as gymnastics while wearing this product may cause injury.
Do not use if you have scars, rashes, eczema, or other skin problems, or if you are allergic to urethane materials. If itching, rash, or other skin problems occur, stop using immediately.

Insole and sole materials are also mixed with pigments by hand by craftsmen. The coloring is affected by temperature and humidity, so each lot has a different hue and grain (wrinkle). The color of vegan leather may migrate to your socks depending on the conditions of use due to the nature of the dye. Please avoid wearing light-colored socks because they are particularly prone to color migration when the inside is damp from rain or perspiration.
