Genmaicha 88 [02. mild].
Aromatic aroma, mild and mildly tasty sweetness.
It can be enjoyed with hot or cold water.
The taste is reminiscent of junmai sake,
It is mild on the palate and accompanies food with a gentle aftertaste that is free of bitterness and astringency.
The fragrant roasted aroma whets the appetite and complements dishes with a rich flavor of rice, stewed dishes, warm rice pudding, and Western-style dishes such as hamburgers at home.
Please enjoy it with delicious dishes.
(It also goes well with chocolates!)
You can enjoy the different tastes of both hot water and cold water.
Hot water: Aromatic aroma and sweetness.
Dripping with water ... for aromatic and crisp flavor.
The base is made from genmaicha (brown rice tea) and stick hojicha, which is made from low-caffeine stems rather than leaves, and has about 60% less caffeine than ordinary green tea or hojicha.
It is recommended for relaxation before sleep, for children, for pregnant women, and for those who tend to consume a lot of caffeine while working from home.
It is made from ingredients grown without pesticides or chemical fertilizers during the growing season.
(Tea leaves are JAS certified organic, rice is not JAS certified organic as it is in its second year of organic conversion)
