Zooc

Collection: Zooc

Full-spec jeans made by hand.

For denim to blend beautifully with color, the quality of the fabric and the time and effort of sewing are important.

Using domestically produced 15oz selvage denim, we take the time and effort to deliver a taste and style that cannot be achieved with mass-produced products.

Commitment to Our Products:

  • Zooc jeans are made of domestically produced denim fabric from Okayama Prefecture, a famous denim fabric production area, and are designed, cut, and sewn by a single craftsman who puts his wisdom and experience into every step of the production process.
  • The jeans are handmade by craftsmen using old-fashioned looms and manufacturing methods and have a classical atmosphere of the pioneer days of the American West, the birthplace of jeans.

The denim fabric is the star of the jeans, and the denim, which is black and rough at first, gradually fades as the body adjusts to it. In the case of selvages, vertical lines appear throughout, with shading appearing on the knees, thighs, and buttocks.

In general, the aging of the fabric can be loved until holes appear in them after 5 to 10 years, when they reach the end of their useful life. One way to enjoy vintage jeans is to appreciate how the fabric changes over time.

Sewing is a supportive part of the fabric until it reaches the end of its lifespan and must be done carefully to prevent the seams from unraveling or ripping along the way because these are vintage jeans.

We hope you will wear the history of the jeans and the passion of our craftsmen and nurture the look of the jeans for a long time.
