    For those who are concerned about blood sugar level
    When Bancha is extracted with water, a substance called polysaccharide, which lowers blood sugar levels, is often dissolved.

    Polysaccharides are abundant in autumn/winter Bancha and are said to have a hypoglycemic effect.
    It is said to work the same way as insulin in the body to reduce the rise in blood glucose levels.
    It is weak against heat, so it is recommended to be served in water.

    How to make the tea
    Pour 1 packet of health reforming tea into 1 liter of water and stir well.
    Refrigerate well before drinking.

    *You can also use the tea bags with hot water, but we recommend using water because the polysaccharides that lower blood sugar levels are more readily extracted when the tea is made with water.
