[MIYAMA WOOD PLANK" 🍖 made of Miyama cedar produced in Yamagata City, Gifu Prefecture, Japan, which allows you to enjoy BBQ of a higher rank.
Plank BBQ is popular in the United States, where food is placed on a plank and grilled. When fish or meat is grilled on the plank, the indirect combustion makes the food juicy.
The smoke from the charred plank also smokes the food, giving it a unique flavor, allowing you to enjoy a smoky, aromatic BBQ experience.

[Using Japanese brand cedar planks🌲]
Miyamansugi cedar boards are made from brand-name cedar in Yamakata City, Gifu Prefecture, which is blessed with nature, and dried slowly in the sun.
Compared to ordinary machine-drying, this process takes more time and effort, and the excess lye from the cedar is removed, giving the plates a nice aroma without any cloying taste.
The plate can be used as a plate as it is, and after use, it can be put directly on the fire. Less washing up, less garbage, and more environmentally friendly.

The lineup includes two sizes: the smaller S size (approx. 150 x 150 mm), which is easy to make even for solo cooks, and the M size (approx. 150 x 250 mm), which can hold one salmon.

The size and number of sheets differ depending on the contents of the set, so please choose your favorite combination.

[Cooking Method🔥]
1. Lightly rinse the planks in water and place them in the zipper bag provided. Fill the bag with about 400ml of water and soak the planks in the water for at least 1 hour.
*Longer soaking time will prevent the plank from being overcooked. 2. Place the food of your choice on the plank and wrap the plank entirely with aluminum foil.
*Seasoning should be slightly thicker for best results.
3. Depending on the size of the food, it will take about 20 to 30 minutes to cook. Can be cooked on a cassette stove in addition to a barbecue stove.
4. The fragrant smoked Miyama cedar is ready.
