Across ancient times, people worldwide tied wish threads to safeguard their loved ones. We've rekindled these precious traditions, reclaiming their significance from a 21st-century perspective.

    This work draws inspiration from nadachadi, a sacred cord monks wrap around wrists in Indian temples. Wrapping it until it snaps is believed to fulfill the prayer contained in the stone or the color of the string.

    Carnelian, loved by both men and women, young and old, resonates with those who challenge themselves. It's a stone powerful from within, engaging, enhancing, and nurturing the destinies of those around it. Its vivid color is more invigorating than calming. Its potency can energize both oneself and others. It's a stone for those aiming to overpower negative forces and achieve their goals.

    The color and size of natural stones vary, including inclusions and the way light enters each stone, making each one unique. Photos aim to faithfully represent the natural stone.

    This product cannot be canceled or returned after purchase.

    While the natural stone portion of the bracelet is strongly glued, excessive rubbing or impact may cause breakage. Bracelets lacking sufficient materials for repair won't be accepted. If all materials are available, repairs can be undertaken at an additional charge, with shipping costs borne by the customer.

    NIL SANDA means "blue moon" in Sinhalese. A "blue moon" can also refer to a moon with a bluish tinge. The second full moon of the month is called a "blue moon," occurring once every two to three years, signifying rarity or good omens.

    The correlation between the moon and a woman's mental and physical balance is well-known. The full moon is uplifting and often linked to increased childbirth, as observed by obstetricians. The connection between celestial bodies and human beings is ancient, dating back to our origins in the sea, influenced by the moon's gravitational pull.

    At NIL SANDA, we've chosen the name "Blue Moon" to symbolize constancy and support, aiming to help women achieve emotional stability. The incorporation of the blue of Sri Lanka, abundant in blue sapphires, represents the beautiful colors of the sea and sky.

    Designer Yamauchi has been in the design business since her early twenties. Recently certified as a yoga instructor, she hosts events to expand her student base, aspiring to grow as an instructor. Recognizing the challenges of maintaining a healthy mind and body, she offers jewelry as a hint for people to realize this and lead healthy lives.
