What is Furoshiki?
Furoshiki is commonly used for wrapping and transporting items but boasts various other functionalities.
A 100cm x 100cm furoshiki proves highly convenient as an eco-bag or basket bag, easily molded to accommodate different luggage shapes.
It doubles as a versatile tablecloth, wall hanging, or an appealing interior decoration piece.
Crafted from a blend of cotton and linen materials. This furoshiki merges the softness of cotton with the moderate firmness and crispness of linen, making it a unique half-linen fabric. It's also suitable as a scarf or shoulder strap.
Showcasing Japan's traditional indigo dyeing technique through inkjet printing. This technique combines the vibrant colors of the print with the refreshing impression of indigo dye, presenting a unique aesthetic.
It folds into a compact size, perfect for carrying when shopping in your neighborhood. Additionally, it's easily washable, ensuring hygiene.
*Note:
Depending on the color, some fluffiness or neps (knots of threads formed by intertwined fibers) may be noticeable, contributing to the rustic charm of the half-linen fabric.
