What is Furoshiki?
Furoshiki, generally used to wrap and transport items, boasts numerous versatile applications. Furoshiki pieces, measuring 100cm x 100cm, serve excellently as eco-bags or basket bags. Their unique adaptability allows them to conform easily to luggage shapes, ensuring stability when carrying items such as lunch boxes.

Beyond their primary function, furoshiki items double as versatile elements suitable as both tablecloths and wall hangings, adding an aesthetic flair to interior spaces. Crafted from a blend of cotton and linen, furoshiki perfectly balances the firmness of linen with the inherent softness of cotton, presenting a half-linen fabric recommended for use as a scarf or shoulder strap.

Additionally, these furoshiki pieces fold down compactly, facilitating effortless transportation during local shopping trips. Their washable quality ensures hygiene, allowing easy cleaning even when dirtied.

Regarding appearance, certain colors may exhibit fluffiness or neps, contributing to a rustic charm in the half-linen fabric.

Crafted with care in Kyoto, each piece includes a [Kyo PrintⓇ] tag, affirming its dyeing and processing in Kyoto, validating its origin as a product made in Kyoto.

Even in their production, furoshiki items maintain an eco-friendly approach. Through inkjet dyeing techniques, water consumption during dyeing is significantly reduced by over 90%.
