Dieting and obesity prevention
The caffeine in black tea helps to burn fat.
Drinking black tea before exercising is effective in promoting metabolism and preventing weight loss and obesity.
Ginger also promotes blood circulation and warms the body, helping to improve sensitivity to cold.
By eliminating the body's sensitivity to cold, it is expected to improve metabolism and make it easier to lose weight.
Improves diuresis and reduces swelling
The caffeine contained in black tea prevents water from being reabsorbed in the ureter.
For this reason, it has been confirmed that black tea has a diuretic effect, although not to the same extent as coffee.
Prevention of colds
Catechins contained in black tea have the effect of suppressing the activity of viruses, which are the source of colds.
Prevention of lifestyle-related diseases

[Kenyan black tea with high antioxidant properties [Staley Eye Tea].
Plants grown near the equator, such as Stearly Eye Tea, have a self-defense instinct to protect themselves from stronger-than-usual ultraviolet rays.
This is the [oxidative power] that serves to remove reactive oxygen species.
Stearly Eye Tea contains more active oxygen scavenging power (superoxide scavenging activity) than ordinary green tea or black tea.
Stearly Eye Tea is made from the highest quality tea leaves cultivated without the use of pesticides at an altitude of approximately 2,200 meters above sea level, where pests cannot live.
It is imported directly to Japan under strict local checks.
Features of Kenya Tea
Kenya tea is harvested in a process known as "round picking," which produces tea of consistent quality throughout the year, so you can enjoy delicious tea in any season.
In fact, 50% of tea leaves used for tea bags in the UK are from Kenya.
We visit tea production areas and tea factories several times a year to taste the tea leaves at the production sites and select the best ones for purchase.
We import tea leaves from the tea plantations by container and serve them fresh without blending.
[Recommended for anti-aging [ginger].
Ginger has long been popular not only in Japan but around the world.
When the plague broke out in England in the 18th century, the King of England himself recommended ginger to his people, saying that ginger was effective in preventing the plague.
Since then, cookies and breads using ginger as an ingredient have been produced.
Although ginger itself may not have ingredients that are directly effective against the plague, it is believed that ginger's effects of improving the body's circulatory function and promoting blood circulation may have strengthened the body, which in turn may have led to the prevention of the plague.
Warming ingredients
When dried or heated, ginger's pungent component [gingerol] changes into [gingerol], which promotes blood circulation and warms the body from within.
Since gingerol has excellent antioxidant properties, heating it is recommended for use in anti-aging treatments.
In addition, [zingerone] has the ability to create heat in the body like togarashi (red pepper).
As can be seen from the fact that eating ginger makes the body feel warm, ginger's pungent components gingerol, gingerol, and gingerone work to dilate blood vessels and improve blood flow.
When blood flow improves, body temperature rises, metabolism improves, and coldness improves, leading to the elimination of swelling.
Ingredients that cool down the body
The pungent ingredient [gingerol] in fresh ginger has a cooling effect on the body and has a sterilizing effect.
Eating ginger at sushi restaurants is not only to refresh the mouth, but also to prevent food poisoning.
[To brew a good cup of tea, use freshly boiled water.]
Brewing a good cup of tea requires the right amount of tea leaves, the right amount of hot water, and the right amount of brewing time.
Tea bags are easy to use, but for tea leaves, use the instructions on the package as a guide.
Another important thing is to use freshly boiled water.
Why freshly boiled water? The reason, you may ask, is that the amount of oxygen in the water changes the flavor of the tea.
The oxygen in the water decreases as the temperature rises, so if you boil the water for a long time or use it again after boiling it once, the oxygen will decrease rapidly.
Therefore, if you want to brew a tasty cup of tea, it is best to use the water immediately after it is boiled.
Basic brewing method for tasty black tea (tea bags)
Boil freshly drawn water.
Fill a cup with hot water and keep the kettle boiling.
Discard the water from the cup and fill the cup with freshly boiled water.
Gently place the tea bag over the rim of the cup.
Cover the cup with a saucer to prevent the aroma from escaping and let steep (about 2 to 3 minutes).
Shake the tea bag gently to mix the contents, then gently pull it out. Serve hot or iced, depending on the season and your mood.
*Soft water is recommended for black tea. Japan is blessed with soft water, and water should be just after boiling (100°C).
*The key to brewing delicious tea is to keep the temperature low.
