Organic Ginger Grown on Shodoshima HOMEMAKERS' ginger syrup starts with growing ginger.
The main ingredient is ginger, which we grow ourselves without using pesticides or chemical fertilizers in the fields of Shodoshima, pulling out weeds as we go.
The syrup is made by carefully boiling the ginger with organic spices such as cinnamon and cardamom, and millet sugar produced in Tanegashima. The syrup has the perfect combination of the tangy spiciness of ginger and the rich sweetness and spicy aroma of millet sugar!
Ginger Syrup for Everyday Life Plain ginger syrup is a nice combination of the spiciness of ginger and the gentle sweetness of millet sugar.
Just add the desired amount to your favorite tea, milk tea, café au lait, cocoa, etc. for a relaxing taste.
Ginger Milk Tea
Just pour the syrup into milk tea.
The spiciness and sweetness of ginger adds a chai-like flavor to milk tea.
It is also delicious in café au lait with more milk.
