Fusion of English Harness Leather and Italian Leather

A simple, classic 4-key case that naturally fits in the palm of your hand or pocket. Crafted with a body made of traditional bridle leather, long used for saddlery in England. The interior boasts Italian vegetable-tanned oiled nubuck. Its simplicity in function, weight, and solidity of bridle leather, combined with the smooth feel of oiled nubuck leather, creates a smart and practical product that complements tight styles and develops character as it ages.

[Main Body Leather]
The main body is made of [bridle leather] (color: Evergreen), manufactured as harness leather by [Thomas Ware & Sons], a long-established tannery in Bristol, England, with over 170 years of history. Tanned in a pit-tank, this leather undergoes a 10-week hand-soaking process in waxes like beeswax and vegetable oil, resulting in robust and water-repellent leather. The white powder on the leather's surface, known as "bloom," symbolizes bridle leather. *The degree of blooming varies among products.

[Interior Leather]
The interior features luxuriously crafted oiled nubuck leather [Texas] (color: natural), produced by the bucketta method at [Tempesti], a well-established company in Italy's Santa Croce district, the birthplace of vegetable tanneries. Unlike suede, nubuck is processed on the leather's bard (front side), offering durability and a smooth touch. With a high oil content, the leather ages beautifully, enhancing its luster and color with use.

[Simple Design]
Designed for everyday use, featuring a simple and user-friendly design.

[Key Hooks]
With four hooks designed to prevent loosening and ensure easy attachment, accentuated by the beautiful contrast between satin gold hardware and evergreen leather.

[Hooks]
One hook securely fastened with a spring hook. The brass fabric of the spring hook develops a leather-like color over time.

[Reinforced Leather]
Both ends of the interior and key hook are double-layered for added strength.

[Beautiful Polished Leather with a Cut Grain Finish]
"Kirime Honpaku" represents the most traditional and valuable method of finishing leather. Through scraping, dyeing, gluing, waxing, and polishing, the leather achieves a unified appearance from multiple pieces, a testament to hand-finishing by skilled craftsmen.
